MATERIALS REQUIRED

• 25 cm vinyl for the exterior
• 30 cm lining fabric
• Two 10 mm or 12 mm grommets—D-rings may be substituted
• 25 inches (63.5 cm) of cord or ribbon
• Two ½ inch (12 mm) swivel clips
• 40 inches (101.6 cm) of chain or one strip of vinyl measuring 40 × 1 inches (101.6 × 2.5 cm)
• Two 6 mm grommets or two stitched buttonholes
• Double-sided tape
• Safety pin
• Fabric glue
• Zigzag scissors or pinking shears, optional
